Capstone Media is a trading name of Capstone Digital FZCO, IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates (“Capstone,” “we,” “us”).

This Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through www.capstone.media (the “Site”) — including our contact/application forms (Jotform), WhatsApp contact, and site analytics/advertising pixels.

It does not cover any separate B2B services you may buy from us (those are governed by your proposal/order/SOW or services agreement).

2) The data we collect

• Data you provide (via Jotform or email): name, email, phone, company, role, message details, and any files you upload.
• WhatsApp messages: your phone number, profile name, message content and attachments you send us.
• Usage & device data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, referrers, and pixel events (e.g., page views, button clicks).
• Cookies & similar tech: see Section 7.

Please don’t send sensitive data (e.g., health, government IDs, payment card numbers) via forms or WhatsApp.

3) How we use your data (and legal bases)

• Responding to enquiries and operating the Site (legitimate interests / performance of a contract).
• Improving the Site, security, and troubleshooting (legitimate interests).
• Analytics and advertising measurement (consent where required; otherwise legitimate interests).
• Email follow-ups and updates related to your enquiry (legitimate interests) and marketing (consent where required; you can opt out anytime).
• Legal compliance (legal obligations) and protecting our rights (legitimate interests).
